I have been cooking and running food facilities for over twenty years. Some of the highlights include maintaining a supervisory role at BIBA with Lydia Shire, Event Chef and Sous Chef at Sonsie on Newbury Street, Restaurant Chef at the Westin Hotel in Waltham, Restaurant Chef at The Boston Park Plaza Hotel and Chef at Whole Foods Market for about seven years. I hold a Culinary Degree from Johnson and Wales University and a Bachelor of Arts Degree with a concentration in Professional Writing from Fitchburg State College.

For those of you who have had the pleasure of shopping at Grand Trunk Cheese Shop in beautiful Newburyport, MA you may have already met me. I worked there helping people choose some of the best cheese, wine, and other high-end culinary treats until I became too busy with my personal chef business. I prepare my food at David’s Tavern in the historic Garrison Inn in Newburyport where superb, gourmet dinner is served seven days a week as well as high-end brunch on Sundays.
